"Trevor Haggard is simply amazing I have known him professionally at least 6 years now. When I first did business with him it was only a small renters policy, he asked for my cars but I was apprehensive at the time. However he did not treat me any less or different. Years past and I finally decided to give him my auto policy from Geico. Here recently I bought a new truck and literally the next day my truck was stolen from parking lot of the hotel (flew to Texas for the truck). I called Trevor frantically, he made sure that I was able to fly back and my policy covered the flight cost. "This office cannot process ANY requests correctly the first time. Every single change we have made, isn't made and we have to follow up. Make sure to get names, and get everything in writing. And expect an attitude and to be talked-over when you're trying for a THIRD time to resolve an issue. Will be switching offices, if not leaving State Farm completely."
